Restructuring and change management service is provided on the basis of real, practical experience – in short ‘know-how.’ Most of our executives and associates have carried out major restructure or change initiatives, either as expert consultants or as in-house managers. They have, for example, been closely involved in leading, designing and implementing major transformation programmes at British Airways (passenger and cargo), Swissair, Aer Lingus, SAS and DHL Worldwide Express.
As well as helping to design restructuring/turnaround plans with supporting business strategies, we can also provide change programme frameworks and programme management expertise to ensure effective and integrated outcome. We help clients in a range of disciplines: target setting; creating the right governance structure to manage change; empowering management to own and drive forward change; re-designing processes, organisation, systems, infrastructure and resources; resolving implementation issues; and devising key performance indicators, together with a process for monitoring and measuring results.
