Nyras receives regular enquiries from entrepreneurs regarding aviation start-ups, including proposed new airlines, MRO operations and equipment leasing companies.  Our approach is to carry out an initial review of business plans, under non-disclosure agreement, to assess the potential of the business concept and the level of development still required in the business plan, before deciding whether or not we can assist.  Where we felt the new business idea was credible, that we could add value to enhance the business plan and had potential investors available, we would make firm, contractual arrangements.  Our work with new ventures would include reshaping and refining the business plan to increase robustness and credibility; creating an honest, plausible investor proposal; sourcing and approaching potential investors; supporting our client in any discussions and negotiations with likely investors; and providing necessary strategic, analytical and general infrastructure support.
