Aircraft asset management services include fleet renewal assessment, evaluation and planning; aircraft acquisition; and leasing advisory and implementation activities.  Specifically, we can provide assistance in fleet planning, aircraft acquisitions, disposals, and finance and operating leases from corporate aircraft, through regional commuter types to inter-continental, wide-body equipment.  Our transaction capability covers purchase negotiations on leading new airframes and engines with leading manufacturers – Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Bombardier and Embraer.  We can also assist in conducting finance and operating lease transactions on older aircraft with lessors and other financing parties.  Our normal approach is to provide the full package of assistance that will ensure that aircraft acquisition needs, from initial feasibility analysis through sourcing and negotiations to deal completion are fully satisfied.  However, we also have the flexibility to operate on a modular basis, as dictated by client requirements.
