Essentially, we adopt a ‘sounding board’ role for senior management to review new ideas and debate issues of concern on a truly confidential basis. This is backed by our knowledge and understanding of the market environment, our extensive network of contacts and relationships in the industry, as well as proven commercial, operational and technical experience in all business models (traditional FSC, original LCC, evolving hybrid LCC, charter, regional scheduled, general aviation).
We strive to help clients find innovative ways to address troublesome issues. Solutions can often be found through ‘brokering’ a relationship between our client and parties within the Nyras contact base. Some advisory services arrangements are provided on long-term retainer contracts while others are limited to ad hoc arrangements over fixed periods of time.
