Retained to help shape and develop a start-up airline venture providing ACMI business-only services between Europe and North America on behalf of a European national carrier. This assignment involved business plan development, investor presentation and discussions/advice on aircraft acquisition and technical back-up.


Silverjet:

Retained by Silverjet, a newly established business class airline operating transatlantic flights, to assist in securing investors for its next stage of development. This assignment involved conducting a preliminary evaluation of the business, developing an investment case and supporting discussions between parties.


Low Cost Carrier (LCC) start up:

Retained by the client to assist in the development of the business plan for an LCC start-up in North America, including sourcing and securing preliminary investment.


Leasing company:

As an advisor to a independent leasing company, Nyras identified potential investors, developed an investment case, and supported negotiations between the parties.
