Angel San Segundo, Senior Associate

Based in Madrid, Angel San Segundo brings a wealth of business consultancy experience in Spain and Southern Europe. Between 2002 and 2005, he was a partner with IBM Business Consulting, responsible for leading business development in southern Europe. He was also IBM’s lead partner in the development of its travel and transportation consultancy arm, with a special role as client service partner for Iberia. He led many business improvement projects for clients such as Iberia, Sol Melia, Renfe, AENA and Globalia. Before joining IBM, Angel was a partner and director with Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services, with whom he founded the leading CRM consulting practice in Spain.

As well as working with Nyras, Angel also serves as a Director of Programs and MBA Tutor at Madrid’s EOI Business School. Fluent in Spanish and English, with conversational French, Angel holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Madrid University and an MBA from EOI Business. He is the author of two books on Customer Service and Cost Optimisation.
